I Am Free - To Help

     10 August 2012

Floods brought about by heavy rains for three days that started on 06 August 2012 destroyed properties and took away lives. Two million people were affected by the calamity. It also sparked a spirit of volunteerism that has always made Filipinos get by at times of disaster. The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) Philippines Office too supports the victims of the monsoon rains that devastated Metro Manila.

FNF is coursing its donations through the office of Sec. Neric Acosta of the Laguna Lake Development Authority. Some 12,000 families from the province of Laguna are now in evacuation centers.
