Businessman Peping de Villa of Giga Enterprises finds it absurd that when he tries to renew permits for the operation of his stalls that sell natural products, he gets charged as low as P300 and up to P10,000 for fire clearance for the same size of store in the same city. I never give in to bribes. If have to pay the fees, I pay them. I am contributing to helping fight corruption in the small way that I can, he said.
